BACDA USA delegates,

Houston 2024 convention is open for business.

On behalf of BACDA-USA Houston Chapter, and members of our 2024 organizing committee, I extend sincere new year greetings to you all and your families.

We are ready, due to increasing temperatures and humidity in Houston during the month of July, all our events will be indoors to optimize your comfort.

Arab American cultural center will host our generation assembly and our gala night party. A gated, secure, and single spacious private property.

A brand new holiday Inn Express will serve as our guest house, 8 minutes drive from our main event center. King bedroom @ $99.99 a night and queen double bedroom @ $129.99, all tax free.

Our Thursday, Friday, and Sunday event will take place at a popular Houston shopping center. Venue banquet event center.

Our kids will have the opportunity to learn about the adventure of human exploration, discovery, and achievement in Houston NASA Space center for a fee of $50 each, which will cover, transportation, entry, and a lunch bag.

Fundraising, we wish to replicate our mother chapter. VIP tables $2000, Diamond tables $1500, and Gold tables $1200.

Our airports, Hobby airport 30 minutes and George Bush intercontinental airport 45 minutes drive from our main event center.
