BACDA USA also strives to invest funds, time and effort in improving the healthcare system in the Bakossi region.
BACDA USA and its chapters supplies medication and medical equipment to the main hospitals, health centers and health clinics in the Bakossi region.
BACDA USA also conducts annual health fairs. A team consisting of physicians, nurses, pharmacy clerk go to sites and offer free consultations, medications, screening for prevalent illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, vision, and hearing problems, and counseling on sexually transmitted diseases.
